250 local people lost there homes to a fire  just before Christmas.  Many individuals and organizations stepped up to help make Christmas a little more magical for these families. Disney donated rooms to help fire victims.

The fire broke out Friday December, 23 at the Unno Boutique Hotel. Firefighters spent eleven hours battling the blaze. When the fire was finally put out 250 people had no place to stay. 

Located on U.S. Highway 192, the Unno Boutique Hotel is an extended stay hotel.. It appears that many of the families staying there were not just vacationers. They were living there.

Local officials opened Kissimmee Middle School as a shelter for the homeless. Then the magic happened. Disney donated rooms to help make the best of a bad situation.
